Michael Greci, founder of Greci Media & Communication, is a strategic communications and media relations practitioner with over 15 years of experience developing comprehensive public relations strategies and building strategic partnerships across multiple industries.

MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS EXPERTISE
Michael's passion for communications began early—he started his media career at 18 as an on-air personality at a non-commercial FM radio station. He spent a decade with a major national radio network serving as a News-Talk Show Producer/Reporter, where he managed crisis communications during breaking news events, coordinated community engagement initiatives, and built relationships with journalists and media contacts across multiple Florida markets.

His television experience includes completing investigative news and special projects internships with major broadcast networks, digital marketing and production work with national morning talk shows, and serving as Senior Producer for a national cable talk show in development. Michael has developed comprehensive media relations strategies for diverse clients including national media personalities, bestselling children's book authors, recording artists, real estate developers, and international business leaders.

Michael excels at creating strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Michael brings extensive experience in educational leadership and faculty development. He has created strategic partnerships with local employers and community organizations while developing comprehensive career development programs across multiple campus locations. His responsibilities have included managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, leading professional workshops, and implementing training sessions that prepared students for successful career transitions.

In his current faculty role, Michael specializes in multi-modal education and distributed learning environments, designing engaging online curriculum for diverse student populations. He has taught courses in crisis communication, strategic communication campaigns, public relations, and intercultural communication, consistently focusing on developing students' practical skills while fostering critical thinking and leadership capabilities. His teaching approach emphasizes real-world application and prepares students to become effective communicators in their chosen professions.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Michael holds a Master of Arts in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University with dual concentrations in Digital Communication and Corporate/Non-Profit Communication. He also earned a Master of Arts in International Administration (MAIA) on a Communications Track from the University of Miami, where he studied under a United States Ambassador and completed specialized work documenting experiences related to important historical events and humanitarian crises.

His Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies of Social Science with a minor in Sociology is from Florida Atlantic University. This comprehensive educational foundation from three prestigious institutions enables Michael to provide strategic communications insights grounded in both practical experience and academic rigor.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
Michael is deeply committed to international advocacy and humanitarian causes through his extensive work with the United Nations Association. He has spearheaded campaign creation and strategic communications initiatives that advance UN Sustainable Development Goals and promote global awareness of critical international issues. His work with the UNA has included developing multimedia campaigns, coordinating stakeholder engagement efforts, and creating educational content that bridges local communities with global humanitarian efforts.

Additionally, Michael is actively involved in community engagement through his volunteer work with the Tu es Belle Scholarship program, which provides college scholarships to underserved communities in South Florida's Caribbean diaspora.
